- At least a year of experience in development.
- Knows about or how to development code that works with the web (generate, display, interact)
- Comfortable in development and utilizing the web to find existing solutions (no need to re-invent the wheel), however want to ensure no plagiarism or out-right theft.
- Experience with GitHub (about)
Pluses
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Formalize ideas
- Perform research on how to implement ideas (even if it outside of their experience)
- Present the ideas, collaborate and combine thoughts.
- Experience with a DevOps practice and continuous development method and thinking (mental practice).
- AJAX (or Asynchronous or Event driven programming)

I currently do not have the bandwidth to help with any coding, but I most definitely would be able to assist with the infrastructure to host it.
I would definitely look to students to make this happen — and I can help with code management and feature management and testing.
