Experiences
At least a year of experience in development.
Knows about or how to development code that works with the web (generate, display, interact)
Comfortable in development and utilizing the web to find existing solutions (no need to re-invent the wheel), however want to ensure no plagiarism or out-right theft.
Experience with GitHub (about)
Pluses
Experience working in a team environment.
Formalize ideas
Perform research on how to implement ideas (even if it outside of their experience)
Present the ideas, collaborate and combine thoughts.
Experience with a DevOps practice and continuous development method and thinking (mental practice).
AJAX (or Asynchronous or Event driven programming)

I currently do not have the bandwidth to help with any coding, but I most definitely would be able to assist with the infrastructure to host it.
I would definitely look to students to make this happen — and I can help with code management and feature management and testing.
