  • Enter information that identifies other resources related to the one being described, excluding information entered for Source collection or Digital collection. 

  • For Rare Books and Primeros Libros, add information about the original resource.

    • Related Resource Type: Leave blank.

    • Related Resource Title: Enter title as displayed in the 245 field from the original marc record.

    • Title Language: Add title language using the appropriate three-letter language code from the ISO-639-2b language codes.

    • Title Type: Leave blank.

    • Authority: Leave blank

    • Related Resource Identifier (utldamsURI): Leave blank

    • Related Resource Identifier (utldamsPID): Leave blank.

    • Related Resource Identifier (URI): Enter the permalink for the bibliographic record of the physical version in PRIMO.

    • Related Resource Identifier (PID): Leave blank.

    • Related Resource Identifier (Local): Enter the call number for the physical version in PRIMO.

    • Related Resource Identifier (OCLC Source): Enter OCLC number for the physical version in PRIMO.

    • Related Resource URL: Leave blank for most resources. For Primeros Libros, add link to the item in the Primeros Libros site. 

  • If the item is part of a series, add information about the series (marc field 490).

    • Related Resource Type: Select “series”

    • Related Resource Title: Enter title of the series as displayed in marc 490 field.

    • Title Language: Add title language using the appropriate three-letter language code from the ISO-639-2b language codes.
