Undergraduate Conference Room (ASE 1.112C)

The Undergraduate Conference Room has a ceiling mounted projector, a table top HDMI connection, wall control panel and a Meeting Owl web conference camera.

• Use the wall control panel to turn the power on the projector and lower the screen. The power off button will turn off the projector and raise the screen.

  HDMI Connection Info

  After turning on the projector, connect the HDMI cable to laptop. If necessary use one of the items on the HDMI adapter ring.

  Meeting Owl Info

  The Meeting Owl has a 360° camera that automatically focuses on the speaker, 8 omnidirectional microphones, and a 360° speaker.

  • Connect the Meeting Owl USB cable to the laptop and in the video conferencing software select the Meeting Owl as the camera, speaker and microphone.
