Charge the Receiver via the USB charger.
It takes up to 4 hours to fully charge.




Get out the Transmitter and the Receiver

If you want to check the Battery here is how

Once they are both powered on then press the "Pair" button on the transmitter

Then click Pair on the Receiver

Once paired we'll need to adjust the AF Out on the Receiver

Pressing the AF Out will raise and lower the volume output

Plug the receiver directly into the XLR inputs in the studio AV/Rack and press the AF Out so that it's at full 4 bars on all of the mics in use

Now turn on phantom power on the Wheatstone rack unit in the studio
Open the A/V rack
Press the knob on the Wheatstone to access the menus. Press >Inputs>Mic Gain>Phantom Power

Make sure Phantom Power is on for
ALL of the mics we are using as shown here.

Note when you turn on +48 or Phantom Power the interface will ask you to confirm to turn it on

How to Adjust Microphone gain, EQ & compression on Wheatstone mixer

Go to the 4.130 Control Room and see how loud the mic input is on channels 1-4

Pick the Channel you would like to adjust gain, change EQ or adjust compression and hold down the A/B button or "OverPress" it till it lights up RED

Navigate to the "Dynamics" tab.

Adjust the "GAIN" slider with the touch pad or input knob to adjust the gain of the selected microphone input.

Make sure signal bounces around 0 on the VU meter.
