Lot 108 (HLB)
Send HLB visitor parking requests for Lot 108 through Outlook Calendar to “HLB Visitor Parking.” Put the total number of spots requested in the event title, list the names of the visitors and the requestor in the meeting details, and "invite" HLB Visitor Parking from the address book. Kat Denton will approve the calendar invite if spaces are available. There's roughly 8-10 visitor spaces available for use. Visitors will need to check in at the reception desk to pick up a dashboard permit.

Visitor parking is available in Lot 108 in front of the Health Learning Building. You may access Lot 108 by I-35 S frontage road, between Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and 15th Street. The lot entrance will be on your right, south of the Frank Erwin Center and just before the right turn only lane for 15th Street. Follow the yellow curb towards the building. You may park in any of the visitor spots by the building with signs designating visitor or dean’s visitor parking. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive a dashboard parking permit for your vehicle.
Health Center Garage (HCG)
We can validate visitor parking tickets for the HCG at the tenth floor reception desk.

Location: Health Center Garage, 1601 Trinity Street, Austin, TX 78712
Parking: The Health Center Garage (HCG) is connected to the Health Transformation Building (HTB), located at the corner of 15th Street and Trinity Street. The garage entrance will be on your right immediately after turning onto Trinity Street from 15th Street (Note: Trinity Street is a one-way street). Once you enter the garage, proceed up the ramp to the ticket gate on level 2. You may park on levels 3-6. Proceed to the main bank of elevators (not the service elevators) and ride up to the tenth floor. Please bring your parking ticket in with you and we will validate it.

Parking is available in the Health Center Garage (HCG), which is attached to the Health Transformation Building (HTB) located at 1601 Trinity Street, Austin, TX 78712. Park on level 3 or higher, and remember to bring your parking ticket with you for validation.
Take the north elevators to the lobby (Level 1). Exit into the lobby of the Health Transformation Building (HTB) and proceed through the courtyard toward the bridge over Waller Creek. Cross the bridge and make your way to Red River Street, crossing at the crosswalk by the Frank Erwin Center. Proceed south towards 15th Street. The Health Learning Building (HLB) will be at the corner of Red River Street and 15th Street, directly across from the Dell Seton Medical Center hospital (this is about a 5-minute walk from the garage). Room Reservations
To view availability, select “Open Room Calendar” > “From Address Book…” in Outlook and search for the room. To reserve, send a meeting invitation to the room by adding it to the list of invitees when setting up a meeting.
