Migrating to the campus Mac Support Platform

The following are the instructions on how to migrate your Mac from the current Mac support platform to the central campus platform:


  • Open Finder and go to the Applications folder

  • Open the "LAITS Self Service" app

  • Click on the Management category 

  • Click on the item "Migrate to Campus Jamf"

  • When you see the following description, click "Migrate" to start the process  

  • (It may take 30 seconds to appear) Click "Continue" when you get this pop up

  • System Preferences - Profiles will open.  Click "Install..." for the new MDM Profile

  • When prompted "Are you sure...?", click "Install"

  • If prompted again, click "Install" again

  • Finally you must enter your password for the account (your regular account username will already be in the box and granted permission to approve):

  • Once you click Enroll, your Mac should be migrated, and you can close System Preferences.
  • If you see any pop-ups about blocked system extensions, just click ok.  The new support platform will address them in time
