Monthly Performance Report Protocols

Distribution Lists are maintained by the HUB/SB staff, and updates are sent via email to Information Quest staff - ematthews@austin.utexas.edu, J.Avila@austin.utexas.edu

The distribution lists are stored in the UT Box Folder: HUB SB Office Information > Reports > Monthly HUB Performance Distribution List.

Updates must be sent via email in the following format:

Distribution List (eg., MP_BURSTING_OPTIONS)

Add/Remove: Name + Unit Code

(Unit code can be searched for in the UT Austin Department System - https://utexas.app.box.com/folder/43478146905.)
