  • The platform offers customizable templates and design tools to showcase your team's schedules, rosters, and news in an attractive and user-friendly format.

Notes on registration: It does not work like SignUpGenius where users can sign up for multiple registrations at a time, instead, users must individually sign up for each registration.

Scheduling and Availability:

  • Use Jersey Watch to post all of your event schedules, including games, meetings, and fundraisers, online. Website visitors can sort your events by category, and upcoming events are automatically listed on your organization's homepage.
  • To manage schedules and events, log in to your Jersey Watch account and navigate to the "Scheduling" or "Event Management" section. Here, you can input and manage team schedules, practices, and games, as well as organize all of your events throughout the year.

 Customer Support and Resources

  • Jersey Watch provides responsive customer support through email and a help center.
  • The platform offers a range of resources such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to assist users in getting the most out of the software.

Feature Usage 

Player Registration and Customized Forms:

  • To create customized registration forms for your organization, log in to your Jersey Watch account and navigate to the "Player Registration" or "Registration Forms" section.
  • Add questions with different answer types, including text box, dropdown, and checkbox questions to collect all the information you need about your participants.
  • Customize the form to suit your organization's specific needs and requirements.

Note: There was a bug where all of a sudden the system stopped working and it would throw a “page not found” error when editing any registration. Do not waste time debugging this, reach out to JerseyWatch and they will fix it.

Scheduling and Event Management:

  • To manage schedules and events, log in to your Jersey Watch account and navigate to the “schedules” section.
  • Input and manage team schedules, practices, and games, as well as organize all of your events throughout the year.
  • Communicate any changes or updates to the team's schedule as necessary.

 

Pricing and Support

Jersey Watch offers a free trial period for new users, allowing them to explore the features and functionality of the software. After the trial period, the software is available for a monthly subscription fee, with pricing plans based on the size of the organization and the features required. The software also provides customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and a help center. The help center offers resources such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to assist users in getting the most out of the software. Jersey Watch also offers very fast support via email to fix any issue you might have that’s not answered on the website.
