Web/User Flow Diagram: helps effectively design and plan a user experience. FlowMapp is an online tool and is free for students. 

How to Use FlowMapp: 

Step 1: Create a Free Account 

Click “Sign Up for Free” in the top right corner. After completing the form, you will have your account. In order to ensure that you can use this for free, use your utexas.edu email to sign up.  

Step 2: Explore FlowMapp Features  

Take the short 3-step introductory tour to understand the layout of FlowMapp.

Step 3: Verify Your Billing Status 

Take a second to verify that your account includes a free project for you to use for your MIS 374 client project before you get started. You can find this under “Billing”. You should see that Your Plan is free.

Marvel App - Collaborate with your group when making prototypes by using Marvel App. You can add comments, import your own photos, and even audio to your prototypes - https://marvelapp.com/ 

Axure RP - Complex so bit of a learning curve but great tool which comes with free EDU license.  Allows you to prototype and host clickable mockups https://www.axure.com/edu 

Django - MVT (Model, View, Template) framework; corresponds with MVC learned in 333K.  Use to make working system prototype with actual functionality very quickly.

Sketch - graphic design tool, specialized for mobile and web design. It is an industry standard tool used to create pixel-perfect mockups, wireframes, and designs across platforms.

Proto.io - design prototyping tool; it allows users to create fully interactive and realistic feeling prototypes without any coding
