How to request event support from Events and Moving Services and Custodial Services - Initiate an EVENT REQUEST. This offers a full range of tables, chairs, linens, and cleaning support and requires an account number. Even if Moody Facilities supplies tables and chairs at no cost, it is suggested to have Custodial support for cleaning after the event and locking and unlocking doors for after hours events.
