Retaking exams
For retaking exams, there are a few possibilities:
1) make a copy (or two, or more) of the test and either publish all of them, or (Quest) make the appearance of subsequent ones contingent on the completion of a previous one*.
2) pool questions for the exam, publish copies of it. Students will likely receive different questions each time they take it (appearance can be made contingent upon completion* as in 1)
3) If in relatively small numbers (ie,< 20) we can individually reset students to a clean slate at (when this information is provided in a single lump sum document). Please note that no record of their earlier responses or grades will be recorded. We can also reset the whole class for a particular assignment at a set day/time, if wanted.
*some quality assurance is needed before this is ready to go.
