Guide
Turn on the Classroom A/V system by connecting to the A/V cable in the corner of the room.
Alternative Displays
Mute Display
Mute Display will turn off the projector image without turning off the projector. This feature can be useful if you would like to prepare material for viewing before sharing with the class without having to turn the system off and back on. Hide Projector Video will turn off the projector image without turning off the projector. This feature can be useful if you would like to prepare material for viewing before sharing with the class without having to turn the system off and back on. Turn the Projector Video back on by pressing Show Projector Video. The projector screen will stay down when this option is enabled.
Chalkboard Mode
The Chalkboard Mode button will raise the projector screen without turning off the AV system. This will allow users to use the Chalkboard in the classroom without interference from the projection screen and without completely turning off the AV system. Press “Screen Down” in order to lower the projector screen and return to the home screen.
TV
This room comes with 1 TV that may be used as an alternative display. TV's will have HDMI and power cables only.
Audio
Volume
The Volume control for the room is located at the control panel to the right of the doorway. Use the dial to change the volume in the room.
Mute
The “Mute” button below the dial will mute all audio in the room from any computer source.
Lights
This room is equipped with standard light switches and dials.

When you are finished with the Classroom AV equipment, disconnect your laptop from the A/V cable and the system will auto-shutdown.
