Access the Scan folder
If you are not on site connect to VPN(vpn.utexas.edu/vpn-uhcs) first

Go to Search bar (1) > type “\\dfs2\scan” (2) (if that does not work you can try typing “\\dfs2.uhs.utexas.edu\Scan” (2)
Click on \\dfs2\scan.uhs.utexas.edu\Scan (3) to open the Scan folder >Find your folder (Ex. “UC-MPF02”) >Double-click to open

Go to Search bar > type “\\dfs2” (if that does not work you can try typing “\\dfs2.uhs.utexas.edu” ) >click Open
Locate and right-click on the Scan folder > click Show more options > Create shortcut
The following Shortcut window will open > Click Yes
