1. Locate the VPN Client icon and connect to the UT VPN.
2. When VPN starts for the first time, it will ask for the VPN server name—type in vpn.utexas.edu. Click connect.
   
   
   
   
3. Next, type in your EID credentials in the UTexas portal.  You'll need to add the PRC VPN group name to your EID.
   1. UsernameUT EID: YourEID@PRC
   2. Password: Enter your EID password.

4. Duo Passcode: Type the word Push, and DUO will send a request to your phone verification code on your device to approve the connection.Image Removed
   Confirm the DUO on your mobile phone

5. The VPN will connect successfully.
