- Locate the VPN Client icon and connect to the UT VPN.
- When VPN starts for the first time, it will ask for the VPN server name—type in vpn.utexas.edu. Click connect.
- Next, type in your EID credentials. You'll need to add the PRC VPN group name to your EID.
- Username: YourEID@PRC
- Password: Enter your EID password.
- Duo Passcode: Type the word Push, and DUO will send a request to your phone to approve the connection.
- Confirm the DUO on your mobile phone. The VPN will connect.
