Configuring the UT VPN for Stats Server

If you are a new user, please submit a ticket request to help@prc.utexas.edu to be added to the server prior to your first connection attempt. 

1. Locate the VPN Client icon and connect to the UT VPN.
2. When VPN starts for the first time, it will ask for the VPN server name—type in vpn.utexas.edu/prc. Click connect.
   
   
   
   
3. Next, type in your EID credentials in the UTexas portal.
   1. UT EID: YourEID
   2. Password: Enter your EID password.
      
4. Duo Passcode: Type the verification code on your device to approve the connection.

5. The VPN will connect successfully.
