Part of the integral mission of the College of Liberal Arts Office of Research & Scholarship is to communicate the value of our research and scholarship to the entire college, university and the world. To that end, we take a proactive role in disseminating announcements about new achievements among our faculty members, principal investigators and researchers.
📥 WHAT WE DISSEMINATE
Academic and research endeavors go hand-in-hand, of course. Please note that the CoLA Office of Research & Scholarship promotes achievements that are of a research and/or scholarly nature. To provide some clarity, below are the types of achievements we typically promote.

For forthcoming books to be announced, they should already have received confirmation from the publisher. Please provide one of the following:
| Announcements about recipients of external faculty fellowships require some kind of formalized link or confirmation from the foundation/funder. Please provide one of the following:

New Projects / Funding | Honorifics & Prizes |
New project and new funding announcements (no renewals of the same project). A notice of award needs to have been issued in order to publish. Please provide one of the following:
| Best paper/book, conferral of prestigious status in renown organizations, honorable mentions within highly competitive proceedings, etc. Please provide one of the following:

The CoLA Office of Research & Scholarship is committed to sharing the accomplishments of our esteemed faculty members, principal investigators and researchers. Regrettably, we are unable to publish all notices. If you know of an achievement that is worth reporting and that doesn’t fit easily into one of the categories above, please proceed with notifying our office. We’ll gladly receive it!
