When more than clearing cache is required
- Have the student reboot their computer
- Have the student use Google chrome as their web browser to access Quest.
- The student should not launch other applications in the web browser tabs or other windows.
- If there are still issues does the student have the most current updates for their OS as well as security current patches? If not please update the computer and reboot.
- If there are still issues please set up the web browser to clear the following from the cache automatically:
- browsing history
- download history
- cookies and other site data
- cached images and files
