Clear Browser Cache

When

• strange things start happening in Quest OR
• there is spinning wheel that does not get resolved

the internet browser memory is not loading correctly and the browser cache needs to be flushed along with the browser cookies.

The process is as follows:

• Within OS Ticket select the canned response 'General - Clear Cache'.
• Change the responder name to your name.
• Set the Ticket Status drop down menu to "Pending Customer"
• Hit the "Post Reply" button.
