Login / password / DUO issues with Quest are solved by UT ITS.

Within OS Ticket:
- For the first email: forward the email to ITS using the email help@utexas.edu and hit the Post Reply button.
- If you have questions about how to forward an email out of OS Ticket, please see: How to Add a Collaborator in OS Ticket
- For the 2nd email: select a canned response 'general - change profile information'
- In the Ticket Status drop down - choose Resolved and hit Post Reply.
