The purpose of this project is to build and analyze a robot, with a focus on mechanism design, using the skills and techniques taught in ME 350R Robotic Mechanism Design. Due to quarantine, the robot must be built with household items such as paper and cardboard. Using the book "Karakuri: How to Make Mechanical Paper Models that Move" by Keisuke Saka, supplied by Professor Deshpande, I built a modified ‘Peek-a-Bear’ mechanism with Bevo’s head.
