Signing up to the Appspace cloud service via invitation email

Once the Service Desk has assigned a license to a user, an invitation email will be generated and sent to the official work email on record with Workday.

The email will be sent from Appspace with the subject: Accept an Appspace Invitation.

Once you successfully signed up and entered required data, another email will be sent to confirm your account.

Logon to Appspace via https://cloud.appspace.com/ via your Institutional ID <EID>@eid.utexas.edu

This will take you to the UT SSO login where you can enter your EID and EID password.
