Poster Printing
Attention! Beginning June 1st, 2022, the information below will go into effect. Please plan accordingly.
Beginning June 1st, 2022, please utilize the two on-campus resources documented below for your poster printing requirements. ECE-IT and Communications will no longer be able to accomodate poster printing requests for conferences, poster sessions/showcases, symposiums, etc. Please submit your requests to one of the resources below with as much advanced notice as possible.

Poster Request Deadlines
Please be prepared to submit your requests at least 48 hours in advance of your deadline.

For standard 30" x 40" color poster sizes in Economical (Eco) Matte, the cost will be approximately $25-$35
Poster Payment Options
Personal payments may be not be accepted by UT Document Solutions. Please inquire with them prior to submitting your request to them.
To submit your request to UT Document Solutions
- Send an email to utcopy@austin.utexas.edu and provide the following:
- Name:
- Phone Number:
- Poster Quantity:
- Poster Size:
- Print Quality: (Color, Economical Matte works great for Research Posters. More options available at - https://utexas.app.box.com/s/5uegh4gbup3bhg3w7dip9j69wlbk037t)
- Due Date:
- Indicate Delivery or Preferred Pick-up Building Locations (SSW, GSB, UNB, RRH):
- Delivery Instructions (if applicable): provide which UT Location you would like these delivered to.
- UT Account Number:
- Artwork: Attach your PDF file (provide a Box link for large PDF files)

Please allow 1-2 business days for your poster to be printed. Library Business Services staff will reach out to you via email when your poster is ready to pick up.
