Grade discrepancy between student and instructor views

Much of the time when there's an assignment type (atype) discrepancy between instructor and student view, it can be traced back to a missing grades available date. The process is as follows:

  1. Get the instructor's UT EID
    • Go to the Quest sys admin page, click on Masquerade
    • Enter the instructor EID and click Change
  2. Look for any missing grades available dates for assignments (or get assignments that are showing differently from prof)
  3. Make sure it's okay to enter in date (usually solutions date, but check with prof first)
