Graduate Program Administration

  • First point of contact for graduate student and graduate program matters such as registration, tuition, fellowships, travel awards, funding, TA assignments, program milestones
  • Liaison between Graduate Program, the Department, the Office of Graduate Studies, CNS, the International Office, Human Resources
  • Assist grad advisor and various grad committees in scheduling, preparing, reporting for meetings, provide data requests
  • Maintain graduate student records, student handbook, alumni database and placement
  • Take lead in graduate program events, orientation, graduate student events

Academic Employment and Funding

  • Process TA/GRA appointments, tuition payments, fellowships/awards
  • Graduate student conference travel awards

Admissions and Recruitment Coordination

  • First point of contact for prospective student matters, application questions, work closely with graduate admissions and recruitment committees
  • Develop and organize campus visit events
