Artist Media Release Form

Signing the Artist Media Release Form gives the Department of Theatre and Dance permission to document and archive performances/events and to share these with the cast, creative team and event collaborators. For example, capturing and sharing archival photography of a show. Photos cannot be distributed until everyone involved has signed the media release form. This includes cast, creatives, presenters and anyone else whose work or likeness may be photographed.

Signing also allows the Department to share these materials (photos or video clips, for example) across various marketing channels including social media, the department website, ecards, print materials etc.
