Review Date: Date of condition report, assessment, or viewing

Assessment Date: date of assessment report or treatment proposal from conservator

Request Date: approval date to proceed with conservation work

Treatment Completed Date: date treatment is complete

Completed (checkbox): check box when most recent treatment resolves preceding condition reports and/or conservation assessments. Fill back on records preceding the treatment to indicate that those condition statements are no longer a concern.

Constituents are linked as Conservation-Related Constituents, link all individuals involved with review or treatments and assign their roles.
