Loan Object View

Loan Object Status: Confirmed, Pending, Declined, Cancelled. This field will assist communication between organizers, curators, and registrars to indicate loan status of the object.

Loan Object Status date: date of agreement completion

Catalogues: use to note that reproduction in exhibition catalogue is expected

Fees and Insurance value: enter loan fees and insurance values for each object, not always required.

• The insurance value field will allow you to select from existing object valuations.
• Note collection objects will require entry in the Object's record if a new updated value is necessary.
