Surveys
Summary
A variety of surveys are used at McCombs to assist both academic and administrative purposes. While McCombs Computer Services have produced a few custom surveys (see the Software Catalog), most surveys in use at McCombs are conducted with the use of third party applications.
UT Survey Resources
Qualtrics Survey Service
Available to all McCombs faculty, staff, and students (including non-business students enrolled in a business class). This service allows everyone at McCombs to create and manage surveys and polls. You can learn more about what Qualtrics does by going to http://www.qualtrics.com.
Sign on with UT-EID:
Log in at http://mccombs.qualtrics.com and an account will be automatically created for you. (NOTE: If your EID login fails, please close your web browser and then try again. The login process sometimes doesn’t work if you’ve already logged into another site using your UT-EID)

Survey Monkey
Survey Monkey is a Application Service Provider that provides varying levels of service for free or for a monthly fee. The basic (free) account allows for 10 questions and 100 responses per survey. More functionality is offered at higher monthly fees. An account can be upgraded and downgraded at any time.
Zoomerang
Zoomerang is an Applications Service Provider that (like Survey Monkey provides varying levels of survey services for free and for a fee. Educational entities get a 40% discount.
Wufoo
Wufoo is an online survey tool that provides different levels of services for free and for a fee. Generally, Wufoo is a very fun tool to use.
