Troubleshooting When Someone is Already Logged in
Problem
Someone is already logged into the virtual machine that you're trying to connect to.
Solution
- If someone is already logged in to the workstation you're attempting to connect to, you'll see the following:
- Select No to stop the connection process, and proceed to the Remote Access Gateway to select a different workstation to connect to
