Problem

Someone is already logged into the virtual machine that you're trying to connect to.

Solution

  1. If someone is already logged in to the workstation you're attempting to connect to, you'll see the following:
  2. Select No to stop the connection process, and proceed to the Remote Access Gateway to select a different workstation to connect to
