New session should look like this.

First 4 channels are the color room microphones, then the typical lectern channel, extra inputs, audience microphones, Crestron program, and a stereo sum of all of the channels mixed together.

First, arm the tracks for recording by pressing the record button. The tracks should be grouped, so arming one track should arm all of them. The record button will be flashing red.

Option/Alt clicking record on one track will also arm all other tracks.

Next, arm the record button at the top of the window. Once armed, this should also be flashing red.

Press the spacebar to start recording. You will see the tracks actively recording across your screen. When finished recording, press spacebar again.

You can find your session and your recorded files on the desktop in the “2.106 PRODUCTIONS” folder.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If the computer is not seeing the Pro Tools license server/you’re getting an iLok error, check that your network service order has wifi first, then ethernet.

If the ethernet is first in the service order, then it will not detect internet access. The ethernet port on the back of the computer is being used for Dante, not for network internet access.

To change service order, navigate to “Set Service Order” in network settings

Then, click and drag wifi to the top. The computer should now see outside internet via Wifi.
