PnC Telehealth Zoom Tips
How to switch between Zoom accounts:
Use the Zoom app on your computer rather than the website (it should already be installed on your work-issued device)
For PnC Zoom accounts, sign-in using the email/password you used to create that account
For UT Zoom accounts, sign-in using these instructions where it says “Sign into the Zoom Desktop Client”
To switch between them, in the app, click on the picture at the top-right and go down to Switch Account (once you get this set up you shouldn’t have to keep signing into each of them).
If you click on the same picture, at the top you can see if you are logged in using your email address (PnC account) or your EID (UT account)
Setting up audio cues to know when a participant joins or leaves a meeting:
Login to the Zoom website (you can't do this in the app)
On the left side of your screen, go to "Settings"
Find the section called "Play sound when participants join or leave" and toggle this on
Recommended to then select "Heard by host only"
If you are using multiple Zoom accounts, make sure to change this setting in all accounts if you want
