Adding Series to Secure Folders

Please reference the Security Level wiki for more information on secure folders and entities. To add series for filing in the secure folders, go to the Access Database and select “ICM_SecurityLevel”. Filter by the folder requested, add a new row, and enter the record series information. Be sure to check if the series already exists as a file option in the vault. If not, the record may need to be added as a series first. After the requested series is added to the secure level database, hit save. The change should immediately populate in the vault.
