Exhibition Objects Info

The objects linked to an exhibition have a sub-record within the exhibition where the following fields provide context within the exhibition. The "exhibition object" sub-record is accessible by selecting the object in the record hierarchy in the left column.
You can now batch update these fields by viewing the list view of all linked objects. Select the top Objects node in the hierarchy to see the exhibition object list view, make selections by ticking boxes in the left-most column and select the vertical ellipsis at the top right to open batch update. Exhibition Object Status
Canceled: loan requested and cut from show
Prospective: loans under consideration, or prepared as back up options
Confirmed: incoming loan approved by lender, and/or object approved on final checklist
Pending: object included in proposed checklist, and/or awaiting approval by lender
Organization of Checklist
Section: enter exhibition section for curatorial planning
Sub-Section: enter sub section for curatorial planning, or other grouping need for planning
Case: enter display case numbers
Exhibition Number: enter numbers for customizable sort order
