- 2 nose intake assemblies (base and duct adapter per assembly)
- 2 exhaust assemblies (base and duct adapter per assembly)

- 25 foot 4in. diameter aluminum ducts (Cut in half) for intake
- 8 foot 4in. diameter aluminum ducts (Cut in half) for exhaust
- 8 Compression Straps
- Screws
- 32 4.5in. diameter screws for fans
- 12 M3 screws
- 13 M4 screws
Procedure:
RED: Steps to be done before BB is slide into frame
BB Intake:
- Fan testing
- Put together bases + fans + covers
- Screw into BB lid and route wires
- Assemble Adapters with duct and Hooks + Springs + meshes
- Slide adapters into the intake and lock
BB Outtake:
- Fan testing
- Attach fans to holders
- Screw holders onto the BB (has to be done with the BB lid off)
- Attach covers to the holders
- Attach ducts
Nose Intake and Exhaust:
- Epoxy base of noses and exhaust onto the aeroshell
- Slide meshes in
- Cut ducts and route them through the aeroshell
- Attach ducts to adapter with compression
- Lock adapter to base
