Test all tools we are bringing to comp

Prepare backup of parts and tooling we would like to bring

Inventory all bolts, tools, spares and all things we want to bring to comp

Safety wire critical fasteners like the wheels and anything safety wired on old car

Check to see if we are passing all the dynamic tests

Do driving testing to look for any problems

Bleed the brakes

Mount brake lines (Handbrake)

Tune the shocks to the right stiffness (25% sag following fox instructions)

Test assembled steering mounted to frame, Looking for proper travel for wheels (check to make sure wheels are turning to the right angle), make sure there aren’t any interferences with the dash or wiring.

Test fit to car and find any interferences with the wheel well cutouts, wheel cutouts, bulkheads, cooling ducts, and wire harnessing

Test fit dynamics to itself, look for interferences. Ensure its traveling the correct distance

Mount new wheels to rims

Aeroshell

Find all extra products to make repairs like waterproofing issues, things falling off, etc

Prepare extra scrap epoxy and carbon fiber for patching in case we have any issues
