Installing EJDB and pyejdb on TACC

  1. Download EJDB tarball and untar.
  2. Switch into /tcejdb subdirectory and run 
    ./configure --prefix=INST_DIR
make
make check
make install
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:INST_DIR/lib
export CFLAGS="-I/INST_DIR/include"
  3. Switch out of /tcejdb and into /pyejdb 
    python setup.py build
python setup.py install --prefix=/corral-repl/utexas/BioITeam
