If you see a black sync bar in your video signal use these steps to fix it
On the Ross Carbonite Touch Panel press Navigation Menu |

Then Press Configuration |
|
>Preferences |
|
>I/O Process > Tower |
|
Then Press TOWER
|
|
>Press Inputs |
|
Press Input 9 Tower |
|
Press SDI |
|
Type SDI-FS (SDI Frame Sync) Then the sync should lock and the sync line should go away. |
