iSchool Community Lunches
As part of ongoing community-building efforts, the iSchool has established a Community Lunches program. The goal is to engage with our iSchool colleagues and learn about one another's work.
Eligible participants: All current iSchool faculty, staff, and postdoctoral fellows.
Guidelines: Participants can self-organize a group lunch once a month (min 3/max 6 people). One person pays and submits an Official Occasion Expense Form and receipts for reimbursement. Multiple groups can self-organize each month, but individual participation is capped at one group lunch per month. Reimbursement up to $30 per person. Participants are encouraged to make groups consist of faculty and staff. The purpose is not to have a team meeting, research group or lab lunch.
Process:
- Download and complete Official Occasion Expense Form Highlighted sections on form are required. (Note: Confluence doesn't provide an option to configure a link to open in a new window or tab. Users can choose to right click / CTRL+click the link if they want to open it in a particular way)
- After the lunch, the group organizer uploads the form and receipt(s) for reimbursement within 5 business days: UPLOAD HERE
