Setting up DocuSign
Before you can use DocuSign, you must have your signature and initials created and saved in the system.
Step 1: Log into DocuSign at https://docusign.utexas.edu/
In the upper left corner, you should see the option to "Login to DocuSign"
You will need to log in with your EID credentials and authenticate with Duo. If you haven't set up Duo, you can do so here. If you are having issues setting it up or need assistance, please contact the IT Coordinator.
Step 2: Setting up your Signature
After logging in, click where it says "Create Your Signature". You may pick from one of the default signatures, or choose to draw or upload your own.
NOTE: If you choose to upload, you must have an image of both your signature and initials or it will not allow you to proceed.
Click on create to save the signature and initials.
