Retrieve Pull List (to be done every morning Sunday - Friday)
- open Outlook Web App https://office365.austin.utexas.edu user name: pa6639 password: *archpull1
- open mail -- NOTE: you must actually open the mail (double click) and not just preview it by selecting it.
- print out email. Note: if there is no email, then make a note in the Completed Pull List binder. If there is more than one email, then either it was missed or it was not filed (see next step)
- move email to the "Completed Pull List" folder.
- Hand off the list to one of the student associates, they'll retrieve the books.
Pull Items
- get pull list from the supervisor
- retrieve the items from the stacks.
- If you find the item, cross out the entry on the pull list.
- if you don't find the item, circle it, note it - "not found." Inform your supervisor. If you are the supervisor, perform a thorough search
- check in items - Print the transit slip, place the item on the hold shelf if a patrons name is printed on it. Put it in the mail if a libraries name is printed on it.
- if the pull list has items
