ILS System down?
Please use this manual check out/in slip (9/11).
During the down time you will need to use the manual checkout forms as ILLiad Web Circulation will not be available.
Reminder: The user needs to present their ID, but the staff member needs to fill out the form – with TN number,
Name of patron, date of transaction, and initials. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE PATRON SIGN THE PATRON SIGNATURE line as this is our only way to track the transaction.
Please collect the signed manual check out forms and place them in the plastic envelope ILS provided at the start of this service. ILS staff will pick the envelope up with the signed forms and ILS staff will enter them manually when our system is back up. We retain these slips until the item is returned.
If you need assistance, have questions, or no longer have your plastic envelope, please contact Wendy Nesmith, 512-495-4135.
The ILS request page may also be down. Users can send email inquiries to ilsreq@lib.utexas.edu. Staff will answer as soon as possible questions not ILLiad related, but students with new requests need to wait until the system returns. ILS will not be able to provide status updates. Basically we will have no “eyes”.
