In an open AVID Project go to > File > Media > Media Creation Settings or select Command 5 on the keyboard

In the Media Tool set Video Resolution to DNxHD 175


Choose Apply to All



Set the Video Drive to

"Your Hard Drive"

set to save to your hard drive



Also choose to Apply to All
