Convenience Copy Retention Review
Agenda
Review of convenience copy documents under retention review in Meridian; discussion about the VPUO's Official Occasion Expense Form policy.
Minutes
Document 2936: condition survey for university sculptures. Compare against Beth's survey booklet and see if we need to keep or dispose. Potentially contact Andres Bober, if info is of interest.
Documents distributed by Dr. Clubb's office regarding parking permits and guaranteed maximum price proposals from Dr. Clubb may be considered convenience copies.Â
All OOEFs using the VPUO's 30 or 19 account need to be sent to our office. VPUO only needs to scan the form itself - attached voucher documentation from other offices does not need to be scanned. For OOEFs using the VPUO's 30 or 19 accounts *only*, a digital or paper copy of the OOEF needs to be sent to Anissa. OOEFs over $100 and on a non-VPUO (departmental) account still need to be sent to our office for Dr. Clubb's approval and scanned into Meridian, but Anissa does need a copy. Under $100, AVP may approve.Â
