MyUGS
MyUGS is used by outreach, math classes, and tutoring.
Strategic Communication uses myUGS to receive presentation requests from groups on campus, as well as, to assign presentations to their student employees.
Outreach posts their free workshops on myUGS. Math classes are also posted on myUGS the same way as Outreach-lead workshop. These listings allow students to see when and where workshops and classes are being held. It also allows students to RSVP for the workshops.Â
Tutorial services uses MyUGS for both appointment and drop-in tutoring. For appointment tutoring, tutors post all of their available tutoring sessions on myUGS so that students who want tutoring can book the appointments. For drop-in tutoring myUGS is used by tutors to clock in and out of their DIT shifts. MyUGS is also used to check students receiving tutoring in and out of drop-in tutoring.
Joining When you are appointed to work in the School of Undergraduate Studies, the Web Development team sets up your MyUGS account. Staff have different levels of access. WebDev typically will ask you send the name of a current team member who has the same levels of permissions that you need. For access to the "DIT Front Desk" to log students in and out of DIT, any staff member with access can give you permission.
Trouble Shooting Please contact the Nisha Abraham for any issues regarding MyUGS. Nisha is Sanger's Point of Contact for UGS Web Dev.
