Outlook is the email service used by UT. Outlook will be installed on your computer. You can also access your Outlook online via Office 365.
Joining When you are appointed to work in the School of Undergraduate Studies, the business office sets-up your account in Outlook. ITS will download the software and set-up the software on your first day. To access Outlook online, use the link above and login with your UT EID and password.
