For remote access scenario:
To forward all calls to another number, pick up your handset:
•Dial 72 and 9 + 10-digit number
•You should hear a tone confirming.
As soon as someone calls your office phone number, it will route to the number you entered.
When returning to the office:
Remove the forward to your personal phone:
•Dial 73
•You should hear a tone confirming.
To forward calls to another number when you don’t answer the phone:
•To voice mail: dial *84 28886.
•You should hear a tone confirming.
This will configure the phone to send to UT Voicemail if you do not answer. Consider this the initial configuration before you forwarded the phone.
