Welcome to EPM Jamf. In the documentation that follows you'll be guided through the process to get your site added to the Apple endpoint management tool, Jamf.
What is Jamf
The UT Apple Device Management service utilizes the Jamf Cloud platform. Jamf is an enterprise management and inventory tool for Apple devices which allows for the following:
- IT staff to quickly deploy software required by campus (antivirus, backup, etc)
- Computer users to install optional University software (Microsoft Office, Box Drive, VLC, etc) easily
- Support staff to see inventory information and system status more easily for providing help and answering University audits.
- Ensures your University owned Apple device is managed in accordance with University requirements.
Getting Started with Jamf
EPM is available to IT Support Organizations (ITSOs) with any endpoint management questions. If you have a question about a specific endpoint client, please reach out to your local endpoint client support organization.Search UT EPM Documentation
