How and When to Cancel a Study Group

First, only Senior Preceptors and faculty members have the power to cancel a study group.  Preceptors can NEVER cancel a group.  Study groups are cancelled at the discretion of the Senior Preceptor.  Generally, the appropriate times to cancel are the day after (or day of) a test and then those that occur before/around school holidays (the Sunday before Spring break).  If you’re unsure, feel free to email Leta, leta.moser@austin.utexas.edu.
