What is Jot-Form?
- Jot-Form is an easy to use third-party application that can be downloaded on
Weebly. Jot-Form is a free and easy to use application that creates forms and
surveys for free.

How to use Jot-Form?
- Add Jot-Form as your third-party application on Weebly to connect your account
and to make a Jot-Form account.

- Then simply begin creating your own forms to be added to your Weebly website.

- After creating your form, you’re now able to input that form onto the page you
would like by dragging and dropping or inputting the HTML link on to your
Weebly.

Pros of Jot-Form

- Has both email notification for owner of form and autoresponder (“Thank you”) for
guest
- Easy to integrate into your platforms
- Easy to customize your own forms
- User friendly

Cons of Jot-Form
- Limited number of integrations platforms
- 100 submissions per month to use free subscription, however exceeding 100
submissions means needing to pay for an upgrade
- To get perfect input validation for Name and Address fields you cannot use the
present Name and Address fields you have to use the short text box. More
